Booking & Availability
How do I book a cleaning service?
You can book via our website’s contact form or by calling us directly. We’ll arrange a visit or give you a quote based on your specific needs.
How far in advance should I book?
For regular or one-off domestic cleaning, a few days’ notice is ideal. For end of tenancy or after-build cleans, we recommend booking at least a week in advance if possible, especially during peak times.
Do you offer weekend or evening appointments?
Yes, we can offer flexible appointment times, including evenings and weekends, depending on availability.

Pricing & Payments
How much does your cleaning service cost?
Prices vary depending on the size of the property and the service required. We’re happy to provide a no-obligation quote tailored to your needs.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, we have a minimum booking charge which we’ll confirm with you during your enquiry.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payment can be made by bank transfer or card. Full details will be provided when you book.

Staff & Safety
Are your cleaners fully vetted?
Yes. All our cleaners are background-checked, experienced, and trained to deliver professional, trustworthy service.
Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
Where possible, we aim to provide continuity with the same cleaner for regular bookings. If cover is needed, we’ll always let you know in advance.
Do I need to be at home during the clean?
Not at all – it’s entirely up to you. Many of our customers are happy to provide access and return home to a spotless space.

Support & Satisfaction
What if I’m not happy with the clean?
Your satisfaction matters. If there’s anything you’re not happy with, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to put it right.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Of course. We just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes wherever possible.
